TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PROVELI, LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — ARISING FROM:

Indemnification

Copyright & DMCA Notice

Proveli respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on any of our websites infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to our designated DMCA agent containing the following information:
